What is the MRS?

MRS stands for Members’ Research Section.

It is the research supplement found only in the back of the subscriber’s issues of Eastmans’ Hunting and Eastmans’ Bowhunting Journals. The MRS covers all 11 western states for deer, elk, antelope, sheep, moose and goat. The MRS will help you, the western trophy hunter, figure out where and how to apply for your tag. With over 2,000 hours of research annually, it is worth well more than the cost of a subscription and will give you the leg up on the research you need to come out West and put the trophy of a lifetime on the ground. This 2013 Wyoming Elk MRS  link will give you a sample of the power of the MRS. The 2014 update will be released early next month in EHJ140.

Don’t miss the 2014 MRS supplements starting next month. Can’t wait for the print version?
