These hunters are retracing the footsteps of Mike Eastman, Ike’s father, in this Beyond the Grid by Eastmans’ webisode. Hunting backcountry bucks with horses is challenging in mountain basins with little water. The llamas prove to be a low maintenance solution and entertaining to boot. Early scouting and patience work to their advantage when a week long hunt wraps up on day three.
