If you failed to draw a tag anywhere in the Rocky Mountain region or you simply forgot to enter any of the draws, fear not. Contrary to popular belief all is not quite lost. Thankfully for most of us, there still are some over-the-counter (OTC) options still available. Colorado has some OTC elk areas available and Idaho still has OTC deer and elk hunts available for hunters who are not afraid to head into some rough country in search of a big buck or bull. Montana also has some big game combo tags available for deer and elk.
