OTC Options- Over-the-counter hunting options out West

If you failed to draw a tag anywhere in the Rocky Mountain region or you simply forgot to enter any of the draws, fear not. Contrary to popular belief all is not quite lost. Thankfully for most of us, there still are some over-the-counter (OTC) options still available. Montana also has some big game combo tags available for deer and elk.
